Employees of the Vitalité Health Network – Zone 1B can support the CHU Dumont Foundation’s efforts to improve the care provided at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre by participating in the Staff Lottery. Each pay period, you have a chance to win $1,000 by having $5 deducted from your pay.

Participating in the lottery is optional. Employees may also choose to make a donation rather than participate in the lottery by checking the appropriate box of the lottery participation form, or by contacting the Foundation at 506-862-4285, or by emailing info@fondationdumont.ca.
