A lawyer by training, Mr. Lockyer has distinguished himself, among other things, as a former dean and professor at the Université de Moncton's Faculty of Law for over 45 years. In addition to his brilliant academic career, Mr. Lockyer has demonstrated dedication, leadership, and an edifying sense of responsibility in the performance of his public duties.
His career as a politician began in 1983, when he was elected to Moncton City Council. He was subsequently elected to the New Brunswick Legislative Assembly in 1987. His leadership and exemplary skills enabled him to hold a number of high-profile ministerial positions, including Minister of Justice and Attorney General, Minister of Supply and Services, Minister of Education, and Minister of Economic Development and Tourism, and Solicitor General.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Lockyer has been instrumental in improving the collective well-being of the people of New Brunswick. Deeply committed to his fellow citizens, Mr. Lockyer served as President of the Law Society of New Brunswick, Chair of the YMCA Greater Moncton, Co-Chair of the YWCA Transitional Campaign, Vice-Chair of the CHU Dumont Foundation’s Tree of Hope Campaign, Chair of the 3 Plus Economic Development Corporation of Greater Moncton, Vice-Chair of the Greater Moncton International Airport Authority and Honorary Colonel of the 8th Canadian Hussars (Princess Louise's). His extraordinary volunteerism and contributions to the legal profession and the province were recognized in 2018 when he received the Order of New Brunswick, and in February 2024, the King Charles III Coronation Medal.


Lise Robichaud McGrath holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the Université de Moncton and is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA). She has spent most of her career in public practice, advising small and medium-sized businesses in the manufacturing, healthcare and non-profit organizations.
Lise is currently Executive Director of Finance at Medavie Health Services New Brunswick. She is part of the management team that oversees Ambulance New Brunswick, the Extra-Mural Program and NB Health Link.
Very involved in her community, Lise has sat on several boards of directors during her professional career.

Charles Gervais, a dynamic entrepreneur and NBCC alumnus, leads two pioneering ventures: Missing Link Technologies (MLT), a telecom agency started in 2001, and iTransform, a firm dedicated to modernizing small and medium-sized businesses.
He graduated from the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) in Moncton in 2001 with a certificate as a Computer Systems Technician, then graduated again from NBCC with a certificate in Network, Design, and Administration Technology in 2002. After college, Charles worked as an IT Technician at CN Railway in Moncton.
An active member of the Wallace McCain Institute since 2016, Charles is also a devoted mentor to aspiring entrepreneurs. In 2017, Charles was recipient of the Business Leadership award from NBCC.
In his free time, this Grand Falls-born cherishes outdoor adventures with his wife and two daughters.

Michelyne Paulin has a bachelor's degree in business administration (finance and accounting) of the Université de Moncton. She is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) with over 40 years' experience in business and economic development in both the private and public sectors.
Michelyne has held senior positions with the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) and the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. She has served as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Vitalité Health Network, as a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors of the Université de Moncton, as President of the Alumni Association. She also served as a member of several economic development boards and commissions.
In addition to the CHU Dumont Foundation, Michelyne currently sits on the Board of Directors of NB Power. She is actively working towards obtaining her professional designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Dominique is a fully bilingual lawyer with a multi-faceted practice in labour and employment law and insurance defence. She assists employers daily in offering strategic advice on various legal questions, including the duty to accommodate, human rights, occupational health and safety, terminations and the development or the application of internal policies. She also applies cross-functional knowledge to deliver quality service to our insurance clients, including in the areas of coverage and LTD claims. Dominique supports life and disability insurers in a variety of legal contexts, demonstrating risk management best practices in every matter.
Dominique’s litigation experience extends to wrongful dismissal cases. She has appeared before the New Brunswick Court of Appeal, the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Small Claims Court of New Brunswick.
Dominique is a member of the CPHRNB (Chartered Professionals in Human Resources New Brunswick), the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Canadian Bar Association, and the AJEFNB (Association des juristes d’expression française du Nouveau-Brunswick). She is currently a board member for Downtown Moncton Inc.

Dr. Linda LeBlanc has been a radiation oncologist at the Dr. George-L.Dumont University Hospital Centre since 2000, when she joined the team at the Dr. Léon-Richard Oncology Centre.
After completing her bachelor’s and master’s degree in psychology at the Université de Moncton, she began her career in 1990 as a psychology consultant at Dorchester Penitentiary. In 1992 she left this position to pursue her studies in medicine at McMaster University in Hamilton Ontario. She began her radiation oncology residency at the same institution in 1995 and obtained her specialist certificate from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in 2000. Dr. LeBlanc also has extensive experience in clinical research.
In addition to the Board of Directors of the CHU Dumont Foundation, Dr. LeBlanc is a previous member of the Review Committee of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of N.B. as well as a past examiner for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Among her other volunteer commitments, she is co-founder of the Moncton Cancer Symposium. She has served as secretary and vice-president of the CHUDumont medical staff. She is presently co-president of this group. Since 2022 she is chief of the regional oncology department for the Vitalité Health Network.
Dr. LeBlanc was a previous health columnist for the Times Transcript/Telegraph Journal.

Anne Guimond Nadeau has been with National Bank since 1996 and currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Commercial Banking in Southeast New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia.
She leads a team of approximately 13 employees dedicated to business development within the Commercial Banking sector. With over 30 years of experience in the Canadian banking industry, Anne has held various roles across Commercial, Public Sector, and International Trade sectors, primarily focusing on business lending and managing high-value banking relationships.


Sébastien Dupuis has been president and CEO of Assumption Life since January 2019.
His thoroughness, combined with his analytical and leadership skills make him a respected colleague and leader among his peers. He has been recognized as one of the top 50 CEOs in 2023 and 2024 by Atlantic Business Magazine. In addition, in 2005 and 2011, he won the Manager of the Year Award at Assumption Life's Awards of Excellence.
Open and committed, Sébastien gives back to the community with enthusiasm, never forgetting Assumption Life's deep community roots. Driven by a deep desire to make a difference, Sébastien has been involved in many spheres of regional and provincial socio-economic activities since the beginning of his career. He is past Chairman of the Board of the CHU Dumont Foundation, where he has served as President, Vice-President and Treasurer. He also sits on the boards of numerous organizations.

Gilles was born and raised in Grande-Digue, NB. He attended the Louis-J-Robichaud high school in Shediac and received his Bachelor`s degree in journalism at Université de Moncton.
Journalism led to public relations and communications for government and the private sector and eventually into fundraising. With the desire to strengthen his knowledge of good governance, he attended the Not-for-profit Governance Essentials Program at the Rotman School of Management in Toronto. He is currently a board Member for the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy in Canada and the Institute of Corporate Directors – New Brunswick.
As a social entrepreneur, at the age of 16, he was the instigator for the eventual establishment of a new Fire Department in Cocagne. He also established the Fondation Louis-J.-Robichaud in Shediac in 2002. It has since raised over $2 million for bursaries and scholarships. It is still believed to be the first alumni group in Canada for a public high school with the aim of supporting future graduating students.
Prior to his appointment as CEO of the CHU Dumont Foundation in 2023, he was the CEO of the Chalmers Foundation in Fredericton from 2017-2023. During his tenure there, he led the acquisition of the Stan Cassidy Foundation, negotiated a management agreement with the Upper River Valley Hospital Foundation and led a province-wide consultation on youth mental health which resulted in the launch of the NB Integrated Youth Services network in January 2024.

Ghislaine has over 30 years' experience in communications and commitment in New Brunswick's French-speaking public sector. Keeping abreast of the latest news and major social issues, she began her career at Radio-Canada Acadie, where she worked as an announcer.
She then moved on to the post-secondary education sector, working for the Université de Moncton's Communications and Public Relations Department, before moving on to the school and preschool education sector as Director of Strategic Relations for the District scolaire francophone Sud, where she was also a member of the management team.
Since 2022, she is Vice-President of Communications and Engagement at Vitalité Health Network.
For Ghislaine, communication and engagement play a key role in any organization. She is honoured to be able to contribute to the CHU Dumont Foundation's major project.
